Is the full video the same as this sample?
The free sample is 10 seconds. Your purchase is a new 30-second edit for one property, delivered in both horizontal and vertical formats. We build on the sample with more time to show the home and additional photos where suitable.
Does the video include a voiceover or property text?
This offer uses photographs, camera movement, transitions, and music. It does not include a voiceover, price cards, or property text.
Can I send my own photos?
Yes. Email your selection to andy@growwitheverblue.com with the MLS number. You must own the photos or have permission to use them in the video.
Do I get both formats for $29.99?
Yes. One purchase includes a horizontal 16:9 MP4 and a vertical 9:16 MP4, each 30 seconds with music. No separate format fee and no subscription.
Where can I use my video?
Use the horizontal MP4 on your listing page and YouTube. Use the vertical MP4 for Reels, Stories, and Shorts. If your MLS or brokerage has specific video requirements, email Andy before ordering so we can check the fit.
Can I get it in time for my launch?
Email Andy your MLS number and the date you need it before ordering. We'll confirm timing for your property.
How do changes and cancellations work?
Reply to Andy with the MLS number before work starts if you need to change the photos or cancel. If a finished video contains an editing error, send us the detail so we can correct it.
